About Robert Dennison Robert Dennison has taught all levels of biology during his 26-year career at Jersey Village High School in Houston, Texas. He began teaching AP® Biology in 1985 and has been a consultant for the College Board since 1995. He has also been a presenter at local, state, national, and international science conferences. In 1999, he was a featured general session speaker for the National Association of Biology Teachers (NABT) annual convention. He was also the opening general session speaker for the Conference for the Advancement of Science Teaching (CAST) 2003 in Houston. Mr. Dennison served as President of the Texas Association of Biology Teachers (TABT) in 2003. He has won numerous teaching awards, including the Outstanding Biology Teacher Award from NABT, the Honorary Life Membership Award from TABT, an Advanced Placement Special Recognition Award from the College Board, and the HEB Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Teaching.
